Processing & Shipping Time

All orders require 10–14 business days for processing and shipping.

In some cases—such as high order volume, holidays, customs delays, or production constraints—delivery may take up to 3–4 weeks. This is considered normal and within our fulfillment window.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines.

Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and may vary based on location, carrier delays, and external factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be provided via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier issues

• Customs processing

• Weather conditions

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

• Peak seasons or holidays

Orders are considered in transit once they have been handed off to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Refunds & Chargebacks

We do not issue refunds for orders that are still within the stated shipping timeframe.

Chargebacks filed before the delivery window has elapsed are considered invalid, as the order is still in fulfillment.
